The Will Hoxie Memorial Fund Presents the 3rd Annual Big Flat Jamboree
May 15th – May 17th 2026
Big Flat Jamboree events are designed to bring people together throughout the year in support of the Will Hoxie Memorial Fund. From whitewater gatherings and community fundraisers to special activities and annual traditions on the Trinity River, each event helps strengthen the mission behind Big Flat Jamboree. This page is the best place to find upcoming event dates, important announcements, and ways to get involved. Camping Accommodations
There are several camping options available near the venue for Big Flat Jamboree:
Bigfoot Rafting
Bigfoot Rafting will offer designated camping for Big Flat Jamboree guests. Campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis and typically fill by Friday evening.
Trinity Adventure Park
Trinity Adventure Park also offers camping and is located just a short walk (approximately 500 feet) from the main event venue. We strongly recommend reserving a campsite in advance if you would like your own space, as availability is expected to fill quickly.
In addition, free camping will be available within the TAP group site during the event weekend.
Please note: An after-party will be hosted near the group site on Saturday night following the Boot Juice performance. Music from the after-party may be audible from nearby campsites later into the evening.

Big Flat Campground
Big Flat Campground is a U.S. Forest Service campground located directly across the street from the venue — just a one-minute drive away. Campsites are available on a first come, first served basis.

Pigeon Point Campground
Pigeon Point Campground is another U.S. Forest Service campground located approximately 7 miles upriver from the venue. It also serves as the primary put-in location for paddlers and racers.
